The host was great. The breakfast was wonderful. We were with a toddler and they were always asking if we need something in addition for the kid. Also they were nice and let us take a shower in another room after the checkout, because we had a late flight. The location is very clean, very near to the beach ( being with the child we preferred to go near the mountain at the beach, where the entrance in the water was better and the water cleaner, so 15 min in plus maybe), very near to very good restaurants. Manolis, the host, help us also with the transportation to and from the airport. Thank you Manolis, Maria and Bana, our vacation was wonderful and we would have stayed longer if we could! We had 10 nights, but we felt it was not enough! :x
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. The professional staff did their best to assure that our stay in the Villas are as convenient as possible.Breakfast was lovely and been organized with care.Cleaning services were offered on a daily basis. The wifi was good during our stay.We are looking forward to return to your Villa.
Villa Kalamia is a perfect located accommodation, the beach is available within 5 min by walk.Manolis is very friendly, kind and helpful, also flexible as we arrived after the check-out time, but he was waiting for us to show our room. Our room was cleaned every day, breakfast was perfect.
Central yet quiet location. Host was friendly, replied quickly and went over and beyond to make sure I had an excellent stay. Very clean room, very good wi-fi (much needed as I was on a business trip), elegant room in traditional Aegean style, comfortable bed and a very nice balcony. Their private Parking proved to be really useful.
Basically everything except for the pillow :)- excellent breakfast with slight variations every day- friendly staff- good location
We are using booking.com since 2014 and we had around 30 stays in different European countries and this was really our most enjoyable stay so far! Such a wonderful experience, value for money and in general it just exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here for 12 days, and had such a great time! Manolis was an amazing host, always there to give any needed information, help with anything and willing to arrange some specific needs and wants that we had. "No problem, of course", was his most used sentence. :) Regarding the room, it was big, with big balcony, super clean (and they were cleaning our room every day) with very comfortable double bed. We also took breakfast, which was very good and tasty with a big variety of food. WiFi was perfect and always available. Great location, with just 100 meters from the Perissa beach, many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. (P.S. if you need any fruits, drinks, snacks - my recommend
Absolutely loved this place - starting at check-in until check-out moment. The room we got was spacious, clean and with the big terrace, the bed super comfortable, all hosts extremely hospitable and helpful. The room was cleaned every single day. The place is so quiet and close to Perissa black sand bay that you can reach it in 2 min. Wi-fi just like at home :)Last morning before leaving decided to have breakfast at the hotel and it was really good. It did not have the self service buffet and food was served individually for everyone, but we got everything we could ask fore and even more. It's pitty we stayed here only for three nights, but it was cherry on the cake after two weeks we were traveling in Crete and Santorini. Definitely will come back and would recommend to others.Wishing more places and service like this.
The cleanliness, the private parking, the friendly personnel, awesome breakfast and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach.Close to taverns and shops, everything was better than expected.
The owner was friendly and always looked to help with our plans. The breakfast was excellent, each morning slightly different to keep things interesting with some form of eggs (omelet, fried, boiled), pastry, yogurt, cheese/ham, bread and sweet along with a hit drink and juice. The room was clean and the parking also good.
Very good location (near the beach). The room was clean and nice. Wifi was very good and always available. The owners and staff were very, very
