Manolis, the host was great and polite. He had stayed half an hour longer than we'd stated we'll come. Check in and check out went really smooth. Location of the Villa is great, within 2 minutes walking-distance from the main pedestrian street and 2 minutes from bakery (open 24/7h) and other restaurants. Prices for meals are acceptable. Perissa overall is prize-convenient and well-based town for staying in Santorini.

The cleanliness, the private parking, the friendly personnel, awesome breakfast and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach.Close to taverns and shops, everything was better than expected.

The room was nice- clean, modern, comfortable, and the towels were nice. The location is superb, close to the beach and restaurants. The nightly rate was definitely reasonable. staff were very nice and accommodating.

The first thing that is more important -the staff is so kind.They are smiling and are ready to help with everything.The hotel is near to the beach and to the bus stop.The room has everything necessary.The sheets and towels were changed daily.I really like this place and recommend it.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. The professional staff did their best to assure that our stay in the Villas are as convenient as possible.Breakfast was lovely and been organized with care.Cleaning services were offered on a daily basis.The wifi was good during our stay.We are looking forward to return to your Villa.

The owner was friendly and always looked to help with our plans. The breakfast was excellent, each morning slightly different to keep things interesting with some form of eggs (omelet, fried,boiled), pastry, yogurt, cheese/ham, bread and sweet along with a hit drink and juice. The room was clean and the parking also good.

Everything about this hotel was great! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Manolis for organising our boat tour and taxis to and from the airport. :)

We are using booking.com since 2014 and we had around 30 stays in different European countries and this was really our most enjoyable stay so far! Such a wonderful experience, value for money and in general it just exceeded all our expectations.We stayed here for 12 days, and had such a great time! Manolis was an amazing host, always there to give any needed information, help with anything and willing to arrange some specific needs and wants that we had. "No problem, of course", was his most used sentence. :) Regarding the room, it was big, with big balcony, super clean (and they were cleaning our room every day) with very comfortable double bed. We also took breakfast, which was very good and tasty with a big variety of food. WiFi was perfect and always available. Great location, with just 100 meters from the Perissa beach, many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. (P.S. if you need any fruits, drinks, snacks - my recommend

Central yet quiet location. Host was friendly, replied quickly and went over and beyond to make sure I had an excellent stay. Very clean room, very good wi-fi (much needed as I was on a business trip), elegant room in traditional Aegean style, comfortable bed and a very nice balcony. Their private Parking proved to be really useful.
